Order a paid sample
Before you commit to a full team order, we produce a physical sample of your approved design and ship it to you. Check the fit, the print and the stitching before bulk production.

Production & quality control
Once you approve the sample, bulk production begins. Orders pass fabric, print, stitching and final pre-ship checks before they leave the floor.

A sample is a fully custom piece made just for you — producing and shipping one takes real work. It’s the honest way to let you verify quality before you commit.
Typical bulk production is approximately 2–3 weeks after final approval. Shipping is separate and depends on your destination — your quote states both. Allow extra time if you order a sample first, which we recommend for first orders.
Yes. Send Pantone references where possible and your logo files; colours, names, numbers and approved sponsor marks are placed to the written specification you approve.
Yes — we ship factory-direct with tracking. Tell us your destination in your quote and we’ll confirm the timeline and any import charges.
